Refund policy

If there is an issue with your order, email us with a photograph indicating the issue. We will decide to reproduce or refund the amount paid to us after verifying the issue.

No returns are allowed for reasons not relating to quality of the product. We will not refund or reproduce in case you ordered wrong size or product. 

The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

1) We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery for any issues.
2) We require you to email us a photograph that clearly indicates the issue.
3) We may request you to return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce or refund for your order
4) The charges for return shipping must be borne by you.
5) We will reproduce or refund your order within 7 working days if we verify that we made an error.
6) We will use the original artwork and production time and shipping method if we decide to reproduce an order.
