Shipping policy

For International orders / clients: Please note that if you are ordering any product on the website or through email, from outside India the delivery will be made to your Indian location / office / contact only. All the products on the website are available for India region only. The products will be delivered only to addresses in India (Even if the order is placed and payment is made from outside India). We will not be able to deliver the order outside India. 

Shipping costs: Shipping is free for all orders in India. 

Shipping time: We send all orders with the fastest courier service provider for your area. Once dispatched the tracking number will be sent to you via email.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

An order placed is normally shipped within 2-6 business days. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 2-10 working days. 

Updating shipping address: You can update the shipping address if the order is not yet shipped to your location.

Blind shipping: We do not offer this facility at this moment.

Turnaround time: Currently all custom orders are shipped in 4-5 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm. Any order approved after 3 pm will be considered as next day order and turnaround time will be calculated from the next day.

For bulk quantities the turnaround time will be communicated at the time of order. 

Rush orders: Currently we are not able to rush any orders. Soon this facility will be available.

Returned order: In case the address is not located for delivery the shipment will be returned to us and you will get a notification for the same. We will contact you for the same in case of such situation.
